To successfully complete a project with the participation of many people requires many factors. In which, the most important is need a good team leader and a good plan. The team leader is necessarily a person who has all the skills of a leader: good communication, sociability with members... Only when fully capable can a group of people. The team leader's job is almost the heaviest in the one lead group, including directing the members and summarizing the work, so a team leader also needs to withstand great pressure. And a good leader will make up a good plan. A good plan will be evaluated by many aspects: the goal, the work to be done to achieve that goal, the work assigned to each member and the consensus of the team members. If one of these elements is missing, the project will be incomplete and may lead to failure.
