Hey, guys! Recently I placed two orders on amazon.com. One of them have arrived already, but the thing is that this order was made later than the order I'm still waiting. I think my first package is lost or something. So I want to write to amazon.com asking if they have any info on this situation. I want to ask them in a grammatically right way using words "latter" and "former" . Trying to compose the question I got confused, here is what I' m going to send them. Please check it out, guys!
It's really strange that I'm getting my latter order and still waiting on the former. Is the sentence above right?
