A or the or nothing?

Hi everyone. Please help me to pick the right answers. Thanks in advance.
1) He is planning to go to .... university which is quite close to his place.
A or the? ( I want to pick "a" )
2) May I introduce you to Professor Aiton? He's from .... Sorbonne University, in Paris.
The or nothing? ( I prefer "nothing" ).
3) The oldest university in the world is .... Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. Lessons began in 975AD.
Nothing or the ? ( I prefer " nothing" ).
4) Tony and Ann spent a week at ..... Matinez Hotel in Cannes, France. It was the best holiday of their lives.
The or nothing ? ( My answer is nothing ).
5) I'm with ..... Barclays Bank but I think I may change soon.
Nothing or the? ( My answer is nothing too).
6) One of the oldest banks in the world is....
Nothing or the ? ( I'd like to pick "nothing" ).

The or nothing ? ( I'd like to pick "nothing" ).

As far as I know, there is no such place as "Sorbonne University". There is a place called "the Sorbonne".
