A or the or no article?

I always have problem with articles

Q. They already have experience in the field so they're familiar with the/a/no article job.

Please tell me what is correct. thank you very much.

job is a non-abstract countable singular so it must have an article. Your option of "no article" is absolutely impossible. Of the two remaining choices, only the makes sense to me.

To be "familiar with a job" is not to specify very much. It could be any job. But obviously, if you're going to mention some specific experience that they have, it must be with
