A or the?

I've got a problem concerning the use of the definite article and indefinite articles.
Which articles in the following sentences are correct?

1) During our second trip we visited the/a Croatian National Park - the Plitvice Lakes.
(It's not the only national park in Croatia...should we use ‘a' here ?)

2) The/A great American actor, Leonardo Dicaprio, starred in ‘Aviator', ‘Titanic' and' Inception'.

3) Today we are going to be talking about a/the great American actor, Leonardo Dicaprio.

4) The film starred Leonardo Dicaprio, a/the great American actor.
(it's not the only great American actor, should we use ‘a' then?)

I will be grateful if you help me. Thanks!
