The articles are okay. "Air" should not be capitalized. It wants a period at the end.

The sentence is unnatural in some ways, although I believe it's technically correct.

I'd probably say, "There's a [strange] noise in the air conditioner / in the air conditioning unit."

" . . . noise coming from the air conditioning section" might be possible in some huge commercial installation.

"Noise disturbance" sounds too "scientific" as compared to what an engineer might say. It almost sounds redundant. "The noise is being disturbed." (a disturbance of the noise) (a disturbance of the airwaves in the noise category) - not especially idiomatic

"Air condition" is normally used as a verb. "We plan to air condition the whole building." I think"air conditioning" is the adjective you want. (the air conditioning unit) "Air conditioning" is also used as an uncountable noun. "This room needs air conditioning. It's also used as a countable noun in lower register. "Turn up the air conditioning!"

If you wish to distinguish the section of the building which is air conditioned from the section which is not, you'd say, "There's a noise from the air conditioned section."
