I Need a little help here....
Do we say "I would like to apply for an one-week travel-study scholarship" or "I would like to apply for a one-week travel-study scholarship "

Even though "one" starts with a vowel, the sound it makes it "w" sound, so you should use "a."

'won' (past tense of 'win') is pronouned 'one' . So it should be a one-week ...
