A noun in the singular and plural in the same sentence?
I am learning English with one program and encountered there the following sentence:
North Korea has taken steps to strengthen their military power.
Is it correct?
I am inclined to say that it should be either: North Korea have taken steps to strengthen their military power. or North Korea has taken steps to strengthen its military power. or both but not the original one.
