"Home" is a noun used regularly to refer to nationally domestic things and people without confusion with personal domiciles: "policies at home and abroad"; "when the soldiers are at home." "Domestic" is an adjective used as often to describe the family/personal home as the nation: "domestic abuse."
As a Canadian, I dislike at the use of 'overseas' to mean 'not American'. You don't have to go over a sea to get to Canada, or to Mexico. I'd say 'domestic or international branches'.
