A note: Studying a new subject

Hello, please help with this exercise.

You are studying English. You also want to study another subject. Write a note to your teacher. In your note:

  • say what other subject you want to study
  • say why you want to do this course
  • say when you want to do this course
  • ask your teacher to help you.

My answer:

Whole my life I have been dreaming of one thing - to be fluent in English Writing that much to start write own fictions. I want to start as soon as possible to be closer to the dream every single day. Please, can you give some advice where I have to start from? Is it real to become good writer being just a common foreign guy?
