I would greatly appreciate anybody who would be willing to look over and improve this letter, which is part of the CAE test.
Many thanks in advance
Dear MrJones,
Please accept my warmest thanks for inviting me to the opening of the Longridge Art Centre last night. I was pleased with the opportunity to get a closer look at the Art Center.
I have to recognize that I was very impressed with the premises. I had a very good time at the Café, where I experienced a friendly and warm atmosphere and of course where I had the opportunity to try one of its delicious dishes.
The Art Gallery was absolutely great, I believe that it will constitute a good learning program as It involves its audience in the process of meaning-making – rather than simply presenting one thing after another.
Additionally, The Art Library is brilliant, with is wide range of books, it will be a vital partner for the students of our college.
However, I would like to bring to your attention some observations I made while reading the handout I was given during the opening.
According to our arrangement, the students will be granted to free use of recording studio, music and rehearsal rooms. However, I noticed that not only it was not included a recording studio, but also that it is not free of charge.
Furthermore, the students are granted with only 5% discount instead of the 10% previously agreed.
Finally, the cinema offers all the latest big-name films, but not international films which fit in with our cinema courses as it was also previously discussed.
I suggest you to arrange a meeting in order to discuss some of the concerns mentioned in this letter and hopefully reach a mutual agreement on that.
I look forward to hearing form you

Hi, Gere's a quick, overall comment. You have too many very, very short paragraphs. It's not a natural way of writing an English letter.

You have too many very, very short paragraphs.
It's not a natural way of writing an English letter.
Try to combine some of them.
