0I still have hard time figuring out why the word "contributive" would make people unhappy about the use. But anyway, at least I know using "helpful" is the best choice. Thanks.02br

0Hi Clive,02br
02br
00Would it be correct, if I say the adjective “contributive” describes the state or the act of contributing physical or mental efforts to achieve something? 00Ex: Bill Gate is instrumentally contributive00 to the advance of computer age. 00 02br

0Hi,02br
02br
00I find it a vague kind of word to interpret. I think it's much simpler and better to use the verb form, or the adjective 'contributing'.02br
02br
01font00Ex: Bill Gates 01i00has contributed02i00 to the advance of the computer age.02font02br
