A Movie Title

About 4 years ago I watched a movie about teen problems. The opening scene was like this: A redhead boy is in a park, and there are children playing behind him. He takes out a gun and shots himself in the head. That's a rather startling scene.

The movie is about the life of 4 or 5 teenagers who are somehow victims of their parents' complexes.

The thing is, I want to watch this movie again but there is no way I can remember the title. Then I thought to myself: Hey, you can ask your question in English forums, maybe somebody has watched this movie and knows the title.

So please, can somebody help me?

I will give further information if you want. The movie contains stuff that might not be appropriate to be written here. I'm not sure.
