A motivation letter ...

Can someone check my motivation letter for universities with general engineering as a speciality?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to candidate with my motivation letter for the course of General Engineering, which your university offers.

By next year I will have finished high school and will have my diploma from 7 SU “Naiden Gerov”. The courses I took involve mainly Mathematics, Computer Science and foreign languages – English and Russian.

I have always been passionate about Physics and Computer Sciences from an early age. From the first time my parents bought me a computer I was interested in how it worked and started disassembling it and reassembling it. I was captivated by its complex design. Since then I have been browsing the Internet, searching for various experiments to do at home or outside. I have created some websites about various subjects: from new songs on the market, interesting facts about the past to news sites. I have also done some video editing out of interest. I have learned to code in languages like CSS, HTML and JavaScript, with the help of my teachers.

When it comes to Physics I have searched the web about everything involving Physics: From deep space explorations to new breakthroughs in aviation to home experiments. I have made a lot of experiments at home: from Hydrogen bomb in a bottle, custom made magnet from a needle to PVC rockets.

Furthermore, I have participated in numerous competitions and won Certificates in both English and IT courses. I have also taken courses on Web Design.

I hope that after reading my letter I have convinced you of my passionate motivation to start studying General Engineering at your university. I look forward to your reply.
