A More Efficient Way...

Hey, I was wondering if you guys could help me re-create this sentence for a more efficient way, for people who are not fluent in English.

Friend, can be achieved if you can prove you had 1000+ connects on our previous mod, which means you would of had the "Regular+" rank.

Friend (somewhat derogatory,skeptical, or challenging), this status can be assigned / earned / given if you can prove you had 1000+ connects on our previous mod, (What's a "mod"?) which means you would have had to have been assigned to the "Regular+" rank.

You can achieve the [rank/achievement] of "Friend" by proving you had 1000+ connects on our previous mod (equivalent to the "Regular+" rank).
Quotes around the ranks are optional if you can set them off with some other formatting like bold.
