Whether or not school children should be exposed to sex education is a moot point. What does the underlined expression mean?

This is interesting -- my first response was that none of the answers are correct, because to me "a moot point' means "not worth debating because it's irrelevant." (For instance, weather or not Ron Paul could defeat Barack Obama is a moot point, because he now has no chance of becoming the Republican nominee.)

Yes, I also thought that the meaning is not worth debating actually. And I google then found it is debatable. Still confused though.
