a money exchanger

reuter report-----Regular readers know we just love stories about dimwitted criminals, and this is one of my favorites. This guy has been arrested for trying to fleece a money exchanger, by using an ID card bearing somebody else’s photo. Oh yeah — did I mention that the guy, who is Jordanian, used a picture of Brad Pitt?

what's a money exchanger?
