A moment vs. one moment

Hello,

Could you please advise which of the following are natural to native speakers? Thanks.
I believe all are grammatically correct, though.

A. Just a minute.
B. Just one minute.

C. A minute, please.
D. One minute, please.

E. Just a moment.
F. Just one moment.

G. A moment, please.
