Your question is quite vague. What types of situations do you want to address?

I have heard "Mickey Mouse course" used to mean "easy course".

And I have also heard "Mickey Mouse" used as an adjective for something that is annoyingly petty.

I am going to take up a Mickey Mouse course of English.
Is it right?
Could anybody correct it for me?

Many thanks in advance

It's not very natural.

If someone tells you that they are taking a class you know is very easy when you know their level of English is more advanced than that, you might say "Why are you taking a Mickey Mouse class like that? You should be taking something more challenging."
