A member of administration/board

This question is related to the writing of CV, more precisely the associations part. I am not sure which term to use. A member of the Orchestra administration or ( a ) member of the Orchestra board? Which of these is more appropriate?

Additional question: Shoud I leave out an article in the brackets when I am using conjuction 'or'?
