A meeting proposal

Hello,

Can you please comment on these two sentences. Is the proposal all right or should I change something. It is a sort of an intent letter for collaboration between the two firms.

We are interested in collaboration and in that respect I would like to propose a meeting on 20th May 2014 in XY. You are certainly free to come and visit us at our clinic in Slovenia so you can see for yourself our state-of-the art equipment, modern facilities and meet our cordial staff.

Thank you in advance
