Hello,
What do we call a person who tells things with no real knowledge.And if being asked about anything, that person will give his/ her opinion with great confidence despite the lack of knowledge.
For example: When being asked about how a nuclear reactor works, this person will give an explanation although he/ she knows nothing about physics.
