0 A very interesting movie based on a true story from 50's rural Ireland. A Protestant woman weds a Catholic man, and the expected ensuing problems arise when the children are of the age to go to school. It is fairly balanced in its presentation, although slightly tipped against the stance of the Catholic Church (I could add more here, but it would ruin the ending for you). A good presentation of the results of bigotry and intolerance. Filmed on location in 1999. IMDb has a very good review of the movie by one of the posters. I'd be interested in hearing what some of you have to say about it. 0-
