I usually get up at 7:40 am. When I get up, I plan my daily schedule and then start the day. First, I wash my hands and face and brush my teeth. Unfortunately, I do not have a hearty breakfast because of lack of time. If I should deliver a lecture that day, I get in my private car and go to that university. Otherwise, I usually get a lift in a car to the laboratory and my office located in the main university in the city. After about two hours, I often give my wife a ring and ask her about herself and our little son. I see my friend almost everyday at the university and eat lunch with him there. Then I continue researching and studying until about 5:00 pm. After that, I return home and relax with my family. I really enjoy spending time with them. We sometimes watch a bit of TV and then go out for dinner. I always try to switch off my lights and go to bed before midnight.
