A long drink

The below paragraph is from "Practical English usage":

"Before nouns, we generally use commas between adjectives (especially in longer sequences) which give similar kinds of information, for example in physical descriptions.
Example: a lovely, long, cool, refreshing drink"

Could anyone explain to me what a "long drink" is, in this context? Thanks.
