A little money or small money?

He needs USD2 to pay for a cup of coffee so I gave it to him. He said that he will pay back later but I said,

1) It's okay! It's a small money!
2) It's okay! It's a little money!

Normally I use no1). Is it right? Thank you in advance for your teaching.
