A little confusion

He Would be working tomorrow. (Would is used with the meaning'less direct or softer)
For me(as a speaker), he is 100% going to be working tomorrow, but does the sentence mean he is going to be working tomorrow for sure? Or it shows we are not 100% sure the he is goibg to be working tomorrow? Please help.
