A little (bit) too much

Hello,

Do both of these work?

- I'd better go to bed. I had a little bit too much whiskey.

- I'd better go to bed. I had a little too much whiskey.

Also, can we just say "I'd better go to bed. I had a little bit too much"?

Thank you.
