A letter to the Dean

Please, help me to construct an impressive letter to the Dean. I need to convince the Dean of Business Graduate School to accept me to MSF (Master of Science in Finance) program without the GMAT scores. I am an international student who wants to get into the school this fall and there is no way I can take the GMAT test, which will be held in my country in May of this year. I already took my TOEFL test and results will be out in two weeeks. Also, as long as you give me the skeleton of the letter I will develop it further by adding specific information. My main point is to get into the school without taking GMAT. I have 2 years of experience as a lead accountant at Tengizchevroil in Kazakhstant. I have graduated from one of the best schools in the country. Your help is truly appreciated. Thanks.
