A letter to mother telling her about your health

____I found your kind letter yesterday; I'm glade that you are fine. I was running a temperature because of bad throat and remained I'll for two days . But it was a temporary ailment. The medicines prescribed by the hostel physician made me feel better soon and I'm feeling fresh and hale. It's just the weakness followed by the illness.

____Moreover, I'm taking good care of my sleep, diet, and exercise. I'm taking fresh fruit and milk before bed daily as you advised me. I've also started morning walk. I hope that after these assurances you will stop worrying about me.
