A LETTER TO EMBASSY.. PLEASE HELP..

I have to write this to the embassy here asking help from their technical support team.

Dear Sir,

A DS-156 file is not being generated to print, is it because I filled and printed one earlier through the main website before getting to know and avail this service, is the one I have printed before sufficient, if not please advise me how to generate one and print it again.
