A LETTER TO BRITISH CONSULATE

Could you please check my email below? Does it sound formal and correct?

Thank you in advance

--------

"Dear Consul,

I am, Alaaddin Karli, the owner and the Chairman of the Board of Alaaddin A.S. since 1991. The company, located in Istanbul Turkey, exports steel panel radiators to over 40 countries, including the UK. Alaaddin A.S. has XX.XXX.XXX,XX USD Export capacity, 45 million USD turnover and has 300 employees working under its roof.

I applied for an entry clearance to visit the United Kingdom as a business visitor for the first time in 2011 but was subsequently refused for inadequate documents. I again applied as a business visitor in 2013, but was subsequently refused for failing to state on my application form that i had previously been refused a visa for the UK. Please kindly be informed that both these application forms had been prepared for me by an outside agency because i had a limited time to fill the form up. As i trust in the executive who filled the form on behalf of myself, i signed the form without checking whether all information is correct.

When i applied as a business visitor again in 2015, i was refused on the grounds that by omitting information relevant to my application in 2013, i had been guilty of deception. I was informed that any future applications will also be automatically refused for the same reason.

Kindly see attached the letter of refusal. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed once again. Thank you for your asistance

Very truly yours,"
