A letter to an interviewer
I want to write a letter to my university interviewer- for undergraduate admission- but I'm not sure about what I have written. What do you think about this?

It is my pleasure that Xx University has offered you as my interviewer. I want to ask you to arrange a convenient meeting time and place. I will be glad to receive your response.
