I am sorry to inform you but there is no possibility for me to come to at the beginning of next week as we discussed before, because of transportation problems. At first I was quite sure that I can manage it but despite my tries I encounter too many difficulties. I live away from and it is quite complicated to arrange a trip in such a short time.
I am aware that 23th and 24th of October are days off in and we can not arrange the meeting for these days either. In this circumstances, next suitable day for me, to have the personal interview is 30th October, however if you are able to set up the meeting with [CompanyName] on 6th or 7th of November I am able to start the work, if I were employed, on Monday, Nov 10th.
