It's a practice from the pic. I would be grateful if you could help me look at the latter, thank you.
Dear sir
I am writing to complain about the recent problems of the service from your company and to ask you to remedy the situation.
According to the contract we have had, your company provide us the cleaning service of our workplace. However, recently you send us a new employee which really seems not well trained by your company. First of all, he doesn't know the scope of his job. In other words, he doesn't know what and where he should clean. Secondly, he doesn't really do a job on cleaning, the place he have cleaned often left with dust and on the table some usefull pieces of documents our people printed was cleaned by your worker. Last is that he often leave his job earlier than he should.
We outsource this work to you because we want to get a good service, keeping our workplace clean and tidy. The workers your provide us are treated as our own employees, we also really appreciate their work, But we do want you to send us well trained workers.
We have worked with you for the last five years, in the past we have had no any reasons to complain about the quality of the service from your company. This time I ask you to replace a well-trained worker and hope this situation doesn't happen again. If the error continue to happen, we will consider look for another company.
I am looking forward to your prompt reply.
Your sincerely
Frank
