A LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Topic: Write a letter of complaint to the gym manager requesting a refund/compensation.

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to express dissatisfaction with regard to the facilities and service offered at your gymnasium. I was anticitpating a first_class gymnasium; however, I was greatly disappointed

To begin with, facilities were not up to scratch and were poorly maintained and some equipments were out of order. I noticed that several the Precor Elliptical machines repairing. I told a staff member, and he looked at them without doing anything.

With regard to staff, although they were generally polite, them seemed to lack of basic sports knowledge. None of them could offer any advice to me on choosing a pair of sneakers. I suggest that you should send your employees to a suitable training course.

Another cause for my complaint was that the swimming pool was closed. I understand that repairs and maintenance need to be carried out. However, When I called for inpormation the day before my visit, the receptionist did not mention that. If I had known, I would have visited the gymnasium at another time.

Finally, I woud like to receive some forms of compensation. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
