A letter letting our applicants know that we do not have any job vacancy

Hi,

I run a small business and we get a lot of open job application via email and regular email.

Sadly, ever since the pandemic the number of such applications have only gone up.

I have gone through many of this profiles and some of the candidates are really good and I wish to employ them. However, things are a bit dull for us too and so hiring is not possible at this point.

I want to reply to all of these applicants saying that we do not have an opening right now but I will keep a copy of their CV for any future possibilities.

I have written the body of the letter but having a tough time coming up with a subject line for the email.

Could anyone help me with this please?

Thanks!
