I am writing this letter to you for that I have been scheduled for seasonal duties for the last three years which is not only affecting my departmental performance but also my social life which is against PBC Code of conduct. It has been a constant stress and is affecting my physical and mental well being.

I would therefore request you that my duties may please be scheduled as per PBC rules so that I can give time to myself, my family and my home affairs. It would not only give me peace of mind but also oppurtunity to carry on my departmental responsibilities in an ample manner.
