I guess you should ask somebody from the UK what they mean by "late night". Here, we don't even call it "night", but "evening"! Emotion: smile

Wow. I'm sure cafe owners were glad about the new regulations. Just one cup of cappucino and a coissant and their patrons hung out until dawn. They must have had been losing money.
