A kiss/kisses

Let me give you a kiss.

Is a kiss just one kiss or several serise of kiss?
I heard someone using kisses, but you also say "I hear a ding" to mean seveal dinging sound.

Thank you

onizo you also say "I hear a ding" to mean seveal dinging sound. I don't. A kiss is a singular kiss, though I am told by people who indulge in this activity that one does tend to lead to another.
