A kind of laughter

Hello.....

Someone says something not very good about me, but which is not totally wrong.
So, I couldn’t help but laugh, not hiding that I am laughing.
The laughing does not make any sound, only facial expressions for some short time.
And the laugh does not change the relationship or make situation awkward.

some kind of light smile...

How is this laughing expressed in English?

I tried to find suitable words like, giggle, chortle, smirk, etc, but none of them fits....

Maybe "unwilling smile/grin"?
