A joke

Dear Teachers,

i did not understand the moral of the following joke could you please clarify
its moral to me ?

When it started snowing heavily at a university an
announcement came over the intercom: "Will the
students who are parked on University Drive please
move their cars so that we can begin ploughing."

Twenty minutes later there was another announcement:
"Will the six hundred students who went to move 26
cars please return to class."
