For me, none of those fits. Some people apparently do say "check in a hotel", but to me it sounds wrong. You "check in to a hotel". Many people also write "check into a hotel", but I think that is logically questionable.

By the way, you need spaces after the closing brackets. For example, this is incorrect spacing:

1)go

And this is correct spacing:

1) go

That is correct English. Factually it is not so specifically accurate as the version with "check in" though.

I agree with GPY. There are many reasons why you would not need your passport simply to go to a hotel - to meet a friend, to have dinner, to go to a meeting, and so on. But you would need a passport to check in. Incidentally, you could also say 'check in at a hotel'.
