A hoarse voice

A. He has shouted and screamed a lot and now his voice gets hoarse / his voice is hoarse.

B. He has talked too much and now he has a hoarse voice.

Are these sentences ok to say?

Personally, I think it reads/sounds better as "his voice his hoarse" rather than "he has a hoarse voice" but you can also say simply "He is hoarse."
