1. A high quality middle class Cambridge student.

Q1) Can #1 be otherwise said A high quailty and middle class Cambridge student?

2. A Physics Economics Agriculture student.

Q2) Is #2 wrong because there is no student majoring three at the same time or?

Then, are these wrong: A Physics Economics student(3) and A Physics and Economics student(4)[I think this can mean two different students] ?

A1) Yes it could be said this way, however you run the risk of someone mistaking this for meaning two students. It could also be stated: A middle class Cambridge student of high quality. That is how I would state it.

A2) It would be unusual but not impossible for a student to major in all three of those subjects. That is simply not how it is stated. Your suggestion (4) is ok
