Q1) Can #1 be otherwise said A high quailty and middle class Cambridge student?

2. A Physics Economics Agriculture student.

Q2) Is #2 wrong because there is no student majoring three at the same time or?

Then, are these wrong: A Physics Economics student(3) and A Physics and Economics student(4)[I think this can mean two different students] ?

A1) Yes it could be said this way, however you run the risk of someone mistaking this for meaning two students. It could also be stated: A middle class Cambridge student of high quality. That is how I would state it.

A2) It would be unusual but not impossible for a student to major in all three of those subjects. That is simply not how it is stated. Your suggestion (4) is okay, but you are correct in saying that this could also mean two different students, and therefore is somewhat abiguous. If you have a student majoring in those subjects, it would usually be stated as:

A student majoring in physics, economics, and agriculture

or

A physics student, also majoring in economics and agriculture

or more commonly you might see:

A physics student, minoring in economics and agriculture.

If the student is majoring in all three and you need to have it in the order from your #2 above, then I would state it like this: A physics/economics/agriculture student. This also has some ambiguity to it, in that you might be talking about a hypothetical student who would major in any one of the stated subjects, but if you need to put the subjects prior to the word student, this might be the better way to do it.
