It's not clear to me what you mean. Do you mean that a particular person has lots of ideas? Lots of unusual ideas? Lots of opinions that no one else shares? Do you mean that everyone ("a guy" in general) has their own ideas about how something should be done?

Also, I don't know what was intended by "mastermind." To me, the "mastermind" is the person who plans a very large, complic

I'm trying to understand the exact shades of meaning you're aiming at. So far, I don't see a more colloquial alternative except the substitution of a lot of for many -- although I'd use the plural to convey the generalness:
