A guess on the educational standard of the writer ..

Could anyone here make a guess on the author's educational standard? And kindly mark the errors made in the letter please. Much obliged. Emotion: smile

Deep apologies for being late yesterday. I intended to bring something but I was engaged in a suprise conference call that I wasn't managed to leave earlier to get anything. Therefore, I've arranged to deliver some fruits to your home address, and the courrier said it will get there tomorrow between 10 am to 1 pm, so if your maid doesn't happen to be at home during that time, can you please kindly advise the security guard to sign/accept the package on behalf of you? May I get your home phone# just in case? Thanks very much.
