Can I say "a ground, a floor" or they are not countable?

I think you mean "the ground" — what you walk on outdoors. That would not be "a ground".

I believe that in the sense you are probably using it, it's also "the floor" — what you walk on indoors.

I dropped my wallet on [the ground / the floor].
