A great many or?

Hello,

Can I use 'lots of' 'a lot of,' 'a great deal of' 'a great number of,' 'loads of,' 'heaps of,' instead of 'a great many' in this sentence without any change in the meaning?

"Do you have many English books?'

''Yes, we have a great many of English books.'

Thanks
