A Grammer Problem (did I misspell Grammer?)

... : A grammatical term used to signify a pause in a sentence, has a name that I would like to know. I have thought it was called an Elipsis however, feel like it may be wrong. Please, can you tell me the name of this?

P.S It is my favorite term in Grammer, Oh and am I spelling Grammer right?

A pause in a sentence is a caesura; the omission of words in a sentence is an ellipsis.
